  • As of this moment the web management console supports common image formats such as jpeg and png as well as mp4’s and YouTube links for video. If there is a format that we don’t currently support we would be happy to add it!

  • Absolutely! If the links to the media are already publicly facing all you have to do is reference the external links inside of the Web Management Console.

  • We have plans to integrate a payment processor into the mobile app so you can charge mobile patrons access when they visit your location(s).

  • The Living Image platform can be used for any location that you’d like to allow users to identify a point of interest. This means that the “platform is what you make it” and it can seamlessly be used across industries. So if your business is a car dealership and you want your prospective buyers to have a unique shopping experience or a museum, it’ll work in both cases!

  • We apologize if that makes it harder for you to make a decision but we also believe that most businesses have different needs. A non-profit with 2 console users for one location shouldn’t pay the same as an organization with several times that spread across multiple locations.

    Having said, that we will work with all customers to come up with a solution to fit their needs instead of trying to make one work for everyone.
